We have a new update for you. Now, you can import tickets from GrooveHQ into our platform. This makes it easier for you to manage your customer support tickets.
How the New Feature Works
We made this new feature simple:
- Export Tickets from GrooveHQ: First, choose the tickets you want to move over to our platform. You can pick all of them or just a few. Export these tickets from GrooveHQ in a JSON format.
- Upload Your File: Go to our platform and find the import feature. Here, you can upload the JSON file you got from GrooveHQ.
- Automatic Import: Once you upload the file, we will automatically start importing your tickets. Our system uses these tickets to help our AI understand and respond to new requests better.
Why Use This Feature
By importing your GrooveHQ tickets into our system, you can help make our AI smarter. This means better and faster answers for any new support requests. Also, all your support tickets are in one place, making it easier to handle customer support.
