How do I use it?
Uploading files and converting them into Knowledge Base articles is a simple process:
- Log in to your Deskhero tenant account.
- Navigate to the Knowledge Base section.
- Click ‘Create New Article from File’.
- Select the files you wish to upload. We support various formats, including but not limited to doc, docx, pdf, ppt, pptx, etc.
- Once the files are selected, click ‘Upload’.
Each file will automatically create a new Knowledge Base article, with the file attached as a downloadable resource.
Once uploaded, the information in these files is indexed using OpenAI embeddings, which we feed to ChatGPT to provide informed responses to customer queries or tickets.
